Parkside is Birmingham’s urban connector with Urban Supply at its center. When complete, Urban Supply will be an anchoring destination along the Jones Valley Trail where people can stop for a bite to eat or a cup of coffee as they explore the city on foot.
Urban Supply’s mixed-use property is designed to accommodate +/- 100,000 square feet of commercial space adjacent to the already popular Good People Brewing Company. Restaurant retailers will serve nearby residents, UAB students and downtown professionals seeking an urban shopping experience.
Designs are not final and can be adjusted for tenant needs.
